ArtPlace Development is dedicated to providing affordable work and live/work spaces to working artists in all disciplines. With the ambitious Milepost 5 as its first project, ArtPlace hopes to continue with future low-cost working artist developments throughout the Portland area.
ArtPlace Development is an equal partnership between the non-profit Portland Affordable Housing Preservation Trust, represented by Ted Gilbert, and Beam Development, represented by Brad Malsin.
