Milepost 5 is a growing community. As Phase 2, The Studios, opens its doors, the Milepost 5 infrastructure will be larger to fit the full community of mixed use space. Currently, to support the community at The Lofts, Milepost 5 offers:

- Community Garden
- Common 4th floor deck (The Lofts)
- Central courtyard (The Studios)
The home owners at The Lofts are part of the Home Owners’ Association (HOA) and get rental priority / rent reduction at The Studios.
