Welcome to the Milepost 5 Artists’ Information Page!

Milepost 5 is a residential community for creatives in Northeast Portland with 173 units (work studios and live/work spaces) in two buildings.  The Lofts is a community of condo units (some for purchase, some rented) with a large glass-walled lobby gallery, a 4th-floor community deck with great views, and spacious gallery hallways to showcase resident artwork.  The Studios has two upper floors of studio units with shared kitchen and bathroom space, and a ground floor of commercial/work/retail units with two galleries, studios and offices, shop space for resident artists, a community meeting room and a theatre.
