The Residents

The community of Loft owners is a diverse group of individuals involved in a wide array of creative pursuits. Also in The Lofts are a few leased units and the recipients of the artist residency program.

Residents’ creative pursuits include: poetry, fiction writing, culinary arts, music, sound art, conceptual art, painting, photography, theater, feng shui, design, and curatorial practice.

Milepost 5′s creative director, Gavin Shettler, programs The Lofts’ exhibit areas: MP53 and Hall. with predominantly resident-work. MP53 is the entry vestebule, Hall is the first floor hallway.
